Tom enjoys sharing his experience, by teaching classes on all topics pertaining to public safety education, children's entertainment, and the art of clowning. The classes have been presented at YMCA's, Tulsa Community College, Oklahoma State University Conferences, Huffy's Work Shops, & as far away as The New York State Fire Academy (Three years in a roll). Tom is a member of these ORGANIZATIONS & GROUPS: The owner of "Huffy's Party Planning Co.", Tulsa Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, The Tulsa Fire Department, The Fire Marshal's Association of Oklahoma, The Tulsa Firefighters Union Local 176, Acting President of The Tulsa Firefighters Educational Clowns, The Klownz Around Tulsey Town, Clowns of America International, Oklahoma Firefighter's Burn Camp Executive Board, The Life And Fire Safety national organization, Tulsa Area Safe Kids Coalition, a 9 year member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, Honorable Master Mason with Blue Lodge #555, a honorable member of the Tulsa Akdar Shrine Temple, and the Division #6 Commander and Media Liaison for the Tulsa Veteran's Day Parade. Tom has earned many AWARDS in the City of Tulsa, The State of Oklahoma, nationally, from the Mayor of Tulsa, the Governor of Oklahoma, and the President of the United States. He has been featured in the Tulsa World, many magazines, all local TV channels, and radio stations. Honored as "Tulsa Firefighter of the Year" twice. Huffy was the Grand Marshal of the "2002 Tulsa Christmas Parade." Was awarded Co-Chairman of the Oklahoma Business Advisory Council by the U.S. White House, "The 2003 Ten Year Champion of Safe Kids" award, the 2004 "Jefferson Award" from Fox 23 and the Mayor of Tulsa Bill Lafortune, and the State Farm Insurance 2005 H.O.W.I.E. award. Huffy was awarded the Channel 8 & Red Cross 2006 "Everyday Hero" award for the third time. SHOW RATESOne hour Stage Show "Safety Education Presentation" with Fire Safety or Drug Awareness with Huffy the Clown. A s "Clown Magic Stage Magic Show" or a Holiday Theme, etc., geared for groups with 20 to 30 children or less - $200 One hour "Safety Education Presentation Big Stage Show" with Huffy and a friend with a full array of theatrical-type props and sound system. This show requires 30 minutes set up time. Geared for larger groups with 200 children and up - $350 Big Special Events, Company Picnics, Grand Openings, Open Houses, Christmas Parties, Easter Egg Hunt Parties and any other event you can think of, go as big as you want! Providing children's entertainment including a wide range of services. A few examples are Magic Shows, Face Painters, Balloon Twisters, a large choice of Carnival Games, Jugglers, Dunk Tanks, Jupiter Jumps, Clowns and much, much more!! - $150 up to $10,000 Additional Traveling Charge of $1 per mile outside of the City of Tulsa.
